Developing business cases for both customers and ADI is an essential part of the scale-up journey. As a business developer you will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, generating new leads, establishing business cases for clients and developing ADI’s service model. [Internship or recent graduate position]
Internship positions are always open at ADI if you have skills with electronics, embedded systems, mechatronics, camera equipment, design and development etc. there could be a spot for you on the technical team. If you have an aptitude towards business, greenhouse operations or marketing there could be an opportunity for you in the business team. Be aware: in order to qualify for an internship position, you need to be registered with an accredited educational institution.
Meet The Team
A natural communicator and entrepreneur, with a passion for applied engineering and innovation. William has worked as an engineer, project manager and teacher before focusing on the development of ADI. Business development courses from Rabobank, as well as participating in Yes!Delft’s Accelerator program has honed William’s commercial skills.
Since a young age Lucien has been passionate about technology, from building his own computer at the age of 11 to the innovation of state-of-the-art greenhouse monitoring systems and image recognition software. Lucien is now living his dream, managing a team of talented technicians researching and developing amazing systems.
Tim has an interest in solving human tasks with a computer. Specifically tasks that are not trivial, but once they are automated bring many opportunities. At ADI he creates software that can recognise and analyse plants. Besides this he also works on a thesis about music similarity to finish his Computer Science Master.
Pim van Geest grew up in the heart of Dutch greenhouses, in the Westland of South-Holland. Besides his knowledge and network in the horticultural industry, he has experience working as a business developer and in the world of venture capital.
James’ actual name is Choo Wai Keong but everyone calles him James in the office. He is ADI’s software & robotics engineer. The majority of his responsibilities lie within the system and software architecture design of ADI’s products. What makes him feel excited about his work is that he is always given the opportunity to build and develop new technology for the industries and learn new skills.
Bart develops the systems that accommodates the sensor equipment and enables data collection. He has an affinity with greenhouses and mechantronics. In his spare time he enjoys cycling and messing around with home automation.
Ryan is a young and energetic Aeronautical Engineer. Next to this he is an enthusiastic drone pilot and photographer.
Mohit is our operations engineer. He studies Aeronautical Engineering at InHolland Delft. He likes building things, flying drones, and photography.
